The artistic language of the GOP Varieté Theatre originates from imagination, knowhow and the cultural roots of the international artists. Whether a professional or a self-taught person, award winner or a performer directly from the 'school bench' of the circus school, they all have one thing in common: they want to inspire others with their passion. This is the basis of the GOP Varieté Theatre. 

The in-house artist management agency, GOP showconcept and our Directors are always looking for the best artists with a special performance. Talents are discovered and new trends are created. As different as the artists and their talents may be, in the show they become one – a community. GOP productions are produced in a way that gives every individual artist the space s/he requires to present themselves in the spotlight, whilst yet creating a leitmotiv throughout the show. And thus, a typical, diverse GOP overall work of art is created. Novel, electrifying shows that aim at reaching new dimensions and breaking new ground – that is precisely the energy and spiritedness that the clients of the GOP showconcept agency will experience. From finding and placing individual artists to putting on the whole show, the agency team uses a customised and if desired a product-related approach to meeting their clients requirements – this service is not only offered throughout Germany but also throughout Europe and on a global scale.
